Another view of 3234 with an incoming car visible beyond it at Mattapan on September 26 1999.
3234 was displaying considerable rust and deterioration, especially around the front stairwell. The entire fleet of these cars was given the same treatment as 3265.
These are Bostons last remaining revenue-service PCCs.
