The car is unique -- one half of hybrid unit 3457-3458. 3458 is actually a 2600-series car, originally numbered 3032, whose mate was damaged and retired. An all-new 3200-series unit, 3457, was built as a new mate. 3458's paint and decals were stripped off (long before it became the new look for the 2600s) to make it visually trainline better with its plain metal 3200-series mate.
