0354 was converted from New Haven Division city car 680 in 1924 and is shown at the Derby Barns on May 2 1937. 680 was an ex-Fair Haven and Westville car dating from 1902, built by Brill on order 11966. It apparently was sent right out to Derby, as all Derby had in 1924 was ST sand car 0271 (which was junked in March 1926).
