1787 stored at Wethersfield Ave yard in Hartford after service ended. 1787 was originally assigned to New Haven. It was even in two accidents in its first two years of service. On March 28, 1939, ten steel semis (1781-1788, 1790, and 1791) were shipped from New Haven to Hartford on flatcars, and they were junked in Hartford after service ended there.
