CAF 1176 at Elm and Odeon on December 10 2015. While this is a non-descript picture, it provides insight into why the Cincinnati Streetcar was built. Note the vacant lot across the street from 1176. The Google Map view from October 2016 (10 months later) shows that vacant lot filled with a row of brand new townhouses.
