Peoples Railway 511, St. Louis Car Co. built (from a Stone and Webster design) turtle-back roof car, 1917. This still was extracted from the August 1940 movie, and 511 is on North Main St. These cars had maximum-traction trucks. 511 was the final PRC railcar in revenue service on Main-Wayne ETBs took over on August 18, 1940, thus ending all PRC railcar use.
