303 and 1512 at Maryland and 1st St on June 24 1956.
The trailer to the Gay Nineties Train was 1512. This oddity gave Capital Transit/DC Transit the oddity of having two active cars with the same number, the other being the Silver Sightseer PCC
Both Gay Nineties cars were donated to the Smithsonian, 303 was restored, but 1512 is still in the Smithsonian's attic.
