11000 was a dual power locomotive built by St. Louis Car--General Electric in June 1929. It was returned to St. Louis Car in October 1929.
It was rebuilt by St. Louis Car in August 1938 for the St. Louis and Belleville Electric Ry, and later sold to Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co in August 1953
