Ex-Wisconsin Electric Power L4 is a steeplecab locomotive built by TM in 1920, shown here in July 2002.
It served with TM and later WEPCO until the early 1970s, when it was acquired by a Wisconsin trolley museum. It was sold to the Illinois Railway Museum in 1988
Notice the bell, curved horns and unusual frog-eye marker lights on the roof.
