A rare photo of an eastbound bridge unit H train at Hopkins St in Berkeley. After crossing Hopkins, the train will run on Monterey to Colusa.
The Monterey trackage was built by SP for their California St Red Train line. The photo was probably taken between 1938 and 1941 (when the trains were discontinued).
