959 at Ocean Park Car House
At least at first glance, this photo appears to me to have been taken at Ocean Park Carhouse. Here's my reasoning:
a. 959 is signed for the Venice Short Line, and Ocean Park was the outer-end night/weekend storage facility for this line.
b. Trolley poles are down, indicating longer storage than a layover (which would've been at Santa Monica Station)
c. Siding on building appears similar to Ocean Park Carhouse wooden construction.
