I think that the tracks crossing the O line here are the old SP leads from Taylor to the SP LA General Shops
The tracks were served by this line (with a short branch on Lamar used only for shop worker specials at change of shift).
These SP tracks would have been left in because of the heavy industrial switching once performed in the area.
