This little 0-4-0 with a slopeback tender was picked up for ten bucks at a flea market.  After a quick cleaning, it works quite well.  Jace Kahn, Ed Bommer  and Ron Morse agree that this is a Thomas product from the 1949-1954 era, made in Shawnee OK.  The prototype is a B&O C-16a.
