PCC 1001 is on private right of way a half of block east of Ocean Parkway between Brighton Beach Ave and Sea Breeze Ave.<br /><br /> I can't trust the sign, because this looks like it is a northbound trolley about to turn east under Brighton elevated at the eastern most edge of Ocean Parkway station. This would mean it was Propect Park bound. Tough to be sure. The building on the left could be an Orthodox Synagogue that burnt down many years ago. That would make this a southbound unit getting ready to turn west on Seabreeze Ave towards West 5th Street Depot.
