PCC 1007 south of Avenue X and 86th Street

The McDonald Avenue name isn't used here -- it's Shell Road. The name change to McDonald Avenue was prior to WWII, I believe. The picture is from the 1950s, judging by the autos. The transit cars behind the fence look like BMT C-type elevated cars.
