78 on State St in Media, probably between Manchester and Edgemont.
Until about 1920, the former Chester Traction Co. line from Chester to Media crossed the State St. trolley at right angles on Manchester where there was a "diamond" crossing. The Chester Traction, later Southern Pennsylvania Traction, route paralleled the State St. trolley for several blocks on Front St. before turning south on South Ave. to head to Lincoln St. and terminate near the PRR's Media railroad station.
Red Arrow's Media line wasn't opened until 1913 and found itself with the best route into the borough from the east: State St, Media's major retail thoroughfare. For some reason, Chester Traction used Front St.
