This is a test trip led by 161, which I and three other operators made back in the 80s.
We took a trip from 69th St to Bryn Mawr, back to Wynnewood Rd, then back to Bryn Mawr and then to the shop. We were going to run a charter with this set, but before we could there was a bad accident with one of these cars and it had to be canceled.
The three cars showne were the only 60 type cars left that could be coupled with train lines. The rest all had them cut out by the shop years earlier. I'm the motorman in this picture.
