824 was built by the Twin City Lines Snelling shops in St. Paul, MN, was probably taken at the Jefferson Carbarn in 1940.
I say this because the route signed up, Capitol Hill-Mt Baker, operated out of Jefferson, and the left side of the picture shows one of the new Twin Coach trolley buses delivered in 1940.
Until Atlantic Base was opened in 1941, all trolley buses operated out of the Jefferson Carbarn.
