Two air-electric PCCs looking south on Bay Street at Dundas.
A Harbord car is crossing Bay, while a Dundas car just out of the City Hall loop a couple of blocks south waits to turn left.
You can barely see the corner of a 6 Bay bus to the left, so the Dupont car is gone and the date is after Feburary 28, 1963. The twin towers of the New City Hall loom in the background.
