5 has rolled over in what probably started as a simple derailment. Location and date are unknown, but the sign on the front of the car reads "DEEP RIVER / IVORYTON / ESSEX. It looks as though the motorman might have been impaled on the non-safety-glass windshield, a constant hazard in those days!
