208 and 207 in a wreck at Penfield Station

What led up to the wreck was trackwork on the inbound track, with single tracking around the work crew.

207 was a local car inbound and had stopped at the Penfield Station 208 was deadheading back to 72nd St, and the flagman mistakenly sent 208 onto the single track without indicating 207 was also on the track. 208 was going at a good rate of speed around the curve into Penfield, while 207 was pulling away from the station when it was hit from behind.

I arrived there about 45 minutes after it happened to shoot these few photos.
