4064, built by GC Kuhlman in 1929. While signed for St Clair, the car could be elsewhere for scrapping as there are no advertising cards. The St Clair-Collinwood Euclid Beach branch was abandoned long before the end of streetcar service. We suspect a railfan turned the sign.
