Ex-Oregon Electric 112 was built by the American Car Company in 1912. After OE passenger service ended in 1934, it was sold to Pacific Great Eastern for use as a demotorized coach and renumbered 603. After retirement from PGE it saw a stint on the Vernonia South Park & Sunset Steam Railway, and in 1970 was acquired by the Black Hills Central in Hill City SD. The car is pictured sitting in the BHC yard soon after a complete rebuilding on June 8 2000.
