Ex-New Orleans Public Service 836 is shown taking on passengers at the museum waiting shelter on May 15 2004. This car was built by Perley Thomas in 1923 and is virtually identical to the cars still running on the St. Charles line in New Orleans, albeit not modernized. The CTM acquired it in 1964 and at the time of the photo had completely rebuilt the end toward the camera.
