West of Wheaton, 1941? Well, it is west of Wheaton, but the date is June 18 2004 and the location is between Union and Huntley along the Kishwaukee River.
The occasion is the first-ever operation of a three car ex-Chicago Aurora & Elgin train over the Illinois Railway Museum line -- the train consisted of 321, 309 and 308.
