Though somewhat difficult to make out, this is a very rare piece of equipment. It is ex-South Brooklyn Railway 9425, an open-platform freight motor built by the Middletown Car Company in 1903.
The car is shown now stored and tarped, on the grounds of the Middletown & Hummelstown Railroad in its birthplace in Middletown PA on August 11 2002.
