This is New Jersey Transit electric MU car 4366, formerly Delaware Lackawanna & Western 2366.
Built in 1920 as a standard coach and electrified in 1930, note the built-out motorman position, expanded to accomodate control equipment.
It is shown stored at the Middletown & Hummelstown Railroad in Middletown PA on August 11 2002.
