Ex-Pacific Electric 717 shows off the original lines of the Hollywood car design on August 7 2004.  Built by Brill in 1925, it later became PE 5167 (in 1949), Metropolitan Coach Lines 5167 (in 1954) and Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority 1815 (in 1958) before retirement in 1960.  It was restored by OERM as a Valley Seven car with cream along the windows, a livery this particular car never wore in service. The car has since been repainted in as-delivered PE dark red.
