And you probably thought you couldnt tarp a cab-on-flat. This is ex-Columbus Railway Power & Light 067, preserved at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum, seen here on August 10 2002. It was built in 1923 by Columbus & Southern Ohio Power, retired and sold to the Ohio Railway Museum in 1955, and then sold by ORM to PTM in 1985.
