This attractive suburban car is ex-Philadelphia & West Chester 78, a lightweight car built by Brill in 1932 and later operated by Red Arrow and SEPTA, seen here on August 10 2002. Retired at the age of 50, it was beautifully restored by the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum to as-built condition.
