Ex-Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority 5 was a double-truck snow sweeper built by Russell in 1918 seen here in August 2000.
It was originally New York State Railways 3014 and ran in Syracuse; it was sold to Red Arrow in 1940. This car was acquired as a parts source and was scrapped by Seashore in 2002.
