Ex-South Brooklyn Railway (SBK) 9137 is an electric self-propelled crane car built in 1904 by the Middletown Car Company, seen here on May 17 2004.  It is an open-air car which doesn't have a cab - just a controller and brake stand at one end and a derrick in the middle.  It is owned by the Shore Line Trolley Museum in East Haven CT and since this photo was taken has been restored and made operational.
