One of the most complete and historic pieces of equipment on the farm near Buckeye Lake OH is Toledo & Eastern 40, seen here on May 29 2001. This half-open box motor has an interesting history: it used to be a full box motor, but during WWII it was ferrying German POWs when it got in a head-on collision. Several were killed in the wreck, including some Germans, and the car was rebuilt with only half its body.
