This rapid transit car is ex-Reading Railroad 805, a commuter car that operated out of Philadelphia seen here in August 2000.  It was built by Harlan & Hollingsworth in 1930; after retirement it was sold to a motel in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  The motel went out of business a couple of years ago, and 805 was sold to the Olde Cloverleaf Village near Danville PA.  The car was removed from this site around 2010 and has likely been scrapped.
