This location is almost
certainly Sea Breeze Avenue; PCC 1000 has just left the W 5th St depot
(behind it, to the left) and will cross the end of Ocean Parkway and then
pass behind the Club 28 onto a short section of PRW from which it will
emerge onto Brighton Beach Avenue beneath the Brighton Line. Note
in the photo that the double-deck structure with Brighton (top) and Culver
(below) lines in the remote distance.
