Advertising car #1614 at
the 14th & Decatur carhouse. #1614 is an ex Washington Railway and
Electric open car( the last of the class) at at Lincoln Park car
house. This is the promotion used for the Community Chest drive in the
fall of 1936, so this picture is probably in the fall of 1936. Converted
to Advertising car 1933 and scrapped 1936.
