Indiana
Fort Wayne, Van Wert &
Western
With the encouragement of
the Indiana Service Corporation, one of the two daily Cleveland-Lima trips
was extended to Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 17, 1922. The 222 mile through
run was the longest at the time, but was short-lived; precise documentation
is now difficult, but it lasted no more than two years.” The Cleveland-Fort
Wayne through car traveled over the rails of no less than seven companies.
