Detroit United Railways
7785 was one a series of
three cars built for the Detroit, Jackson and Chicago Railway, operated
under lease by the DUR until taken over by the Michigan Railway on
April 1, 1928. It was operated by MRy until September 4, 1929. This
car was one of several very similar ones built in small groups by
Niles between 1910 and 1912.
