 Vicksburg Street Railway
This view, taken in 1907 shows Car No. 7  running down the Clay Street hill to the Mississippi River steamboat docks.  Vicksburg streetcars ran from April 1899 until late 1935.  In 1918 the company modernized by buying 4 single truck Birney cars which ran base service on the 7 mile system until buses took over.
