Columbus & Southern Ohio Electric
This car was Kuhlman Car Company order 812, March 1923.  Included were 40 cars for the Ohio Valley Electric Railway, numbered 200-239.
26 cars (#200-224 and 226) were sold to the Columbus & Southern
Ohio and renumbered 751-776. 14 cars (#225 and 227-239) were sold to the Lehigh Valley Transit Co. and renumbered 410-423.
The scene appears to be High Street downtown, across from the capitol, with the Neil House hotel just beyond the Majestic Theater. And---the C&LE "Red Devils" pulled out from the Interuban Station only a block or so away.
