#204 probably taken inside a Cincinnati Car Co. building, as the wall in the background is stone with arch windows.  Could have been taken before delivery or in the period 1932-1938, after the cars were returned to the Car Co. when D&T quit and before they were sold to the Lehigh Valley Transit Co.
