Western Ohio Railway
#28, Kuhlman built, 1903, a Western Ohio Railway car and #155, Cincinnati Car Co. built 1905, a Toledo, Urbana & Interurban car, in a head-on collision on August 10, 1908, in front of the Shelby County Infirmary, 2 miles south of Sidney, Ohio.  Four were killed in the collision, the worst wreck on the Western Ohio.  Both cars were in pool service on The Lima Route.
