Someone apparently chartered this car one time to take a series of posed pictures.  This pic appears to be from that
series because of the white flags.  I do NOT believe the car is enroute to Waterloo as indicated by the window sign.  Only express cars operated to Waterloo (express as in package express and not a fast service car).
