Portland Electric Power
Portland "Council Crest" Brill car 503 taken in San Francisco, in 1985, during the second of two summers (1983 and '85) in which it was loaned to Muni for the Historic Trolley Festival by the Oregon Electric Railway Historical Society.  The car is pictured westbound in the private right-of-way on Duboce Avenue just east of Church Street, passing the Muni Metro portal for the J and N lines. In this photo, car 503 doesn't have its Brill trucks; those were narrow-gauge, so OERHS regauged it with Melbourne W2 trucks in 1983 for its first visit to San Francisco.
