Canadian Railway Museum
Montreal Tramways #3151 is a "cab-on-flat" locomotive, essentially an
electrified flat car with a small control cab at one end.  It was built in
1925 by Canadian Car & Foundry, and is now stored at the Canadian Railway Museum in Delson-St. Constant, Quebec.
