A conventional car, possibly for County Fair Service at South Park on the Charleroi Interurban, arrives at South Hills Jct after traveling 3500+ft thru the Mt Washington tunnel up a 6% grade. The wye formation has a loop inside it with a leg of said loop under the photographer and a RR-style admin building at its center. The 44-Knoxville, 47-Carrick via Tunnel, and 48-Arlington turn to our right while the Charleroi, Washington, and Castle Shannon-local Interurbans came straight through. The 38-Mt.Lebanon, 39-Brookline, 40-Mt.Washington, 42-Dormont, and 43-Neeld also came straight thru but branched to our left (their right) from the interurban line behind the photographer. Almost immediately the 40-Mt.Washington turned to its right to run atop Mt.Washington while the 38-, 39-, 42-, and 43-lines continued straight thru the middle of the South Hills yards!
