PRCo is a conglomeration of well over a hundred companies, some of them conglomerations. PRCo thus inherited much equipment. Car 3001 was the first all new car PRCo bought (60 total in the series). The 3100s contained 100-cars as did the 3200-series, thus this car -- 3270 -- was the 231st car purchased new, and this in 1903! After 26 years of service the car was scrapped on Jan 9 1929. This may be a Brill builder photo.
