Built by Standard Steel Car and Pittsburgh Railways Company, 3556 poses for the company photographer on N Braddock Ave between Bennett St and Felicia Way not long after delivery on Oct 29 1915. Upon rebuilding a less threatening pilot was installed and the crew door changed to passenger door with standard interior steps. It is claimed to be a prototype for the Brill 3700-3714 Interurban cars of 1917-1918, and the only arch roof car ever bought by PRCo.
