Built by St. Louis Car Company and delivered to Pittsburgh on September 24 1917, car 4398 resides at Glenwood Car House not long before purchased by Pittsburgh Electric Railway Club (PERC) on 1956.
This car was completely rehabbed in 2011 by the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum, formerly PERC.
