Inbound from either Lincoln Place or Munhall and Homestead on Second Ave as one of four cars in an September 7 1959 NRHS charter, PCC 1449 (painted for the Allegheny County Fair held for five days over Labor Day each year) is clearing single track. Track on Second was rebuilt in stages as Parkway construction was completed.
